Who are you and why should we care?
Most HS players (PvP and PvE-ers alike) are carebears. How exactly is scamming in HS (a 100% risk free playstyle) not being a carebear?
Back to your question though. What does HS need? It needs...less HS. It needs people to risk leaving HS and go to LS/WHs, which are really the only places left in EVE with real risk. |
